I had a very disappointing experience with the 'ruparupa' app. I ordered items using their express delivery option, which was quite expensive. However, despite paying the high delivery fee, my items did not arrive even after the promised delivery date had passed. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the premium cost for express delivery. I don't recommend using this app if you want reliable and timely deliveries.

The app was fine actually. But I give this 1 star for the "Message Us" feature. Totally useless! I contacted them several times in hope to get an answer I needed. But, the customer service agent only answered "just ask the offline store, where you bought the item". Even a simple question like "do you sell the parts for this item?" THEY CANNOT ANSWER IT, and tell me to ask directly to the store.

Customer service sucks! It is only just 1 item I ordered on the 29 November and no follow up from the store that there would be delays! I had to talk to CS but they keep saying "new complaint form has been submitted and a team will text you". 6 days after the promised arrival date & 3 complaints to CS, still no follow up from the team. Worst thing is, the store is just a 30 minutes drive from my house! It took 3-5 days to get a table from Java. I just want a refund and not a new complaint form!
