I had a very disappointing experience with the 'ruparupa' app. I ordered items using their express delivery option, which was quite expensive. However, despite paying the high delivery fee, my items did not arrive even after the promised delivery date had passed. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the premium cost for express delivery. I don't recommend using this app if you want reliable and timely deliveries.

Overall good experience. Shopping navigation and membership feature are great. But please fix location accuracy request notification, it keeps popping up when declining access rendering the application unusable without location access.

The app was fine actually. But I give this 1 star for the "Message Us" feature. Totally useless! I contacted them several times in hope to get an answer I needed. But, the customer service agent only answered "just ask the offline store, where you bought the item". Even a simple question like "do you sell the parts for this item?" THEY CANNOT ANSWER IT, and tell me to ask directly to the store.
