Ratings and reviews

All of a sudden, this keeps telling me that "user account cannot be found". I am unable to view balance and transaction on my account. I live in the USA and it's extremely difficult to get onto someone via the what's app number. This is ridiculous, cause persons are force to make direct calls to the bank from overseas which can be extremely expensive. The world is too advanced for a bank to be so dated with services. This bank never fails to disappoint, it's the only constant thing.

Very easy to use.....only ting I hate the slow transfer process....I neva got through to transfer money to my sons account.....I don't think yhe institution ever reviewed it
