Mobile Assist is the in-store trade-in tool for The Mobile Assist retail staff.

Capture a device, get an AI condition grade in seconds, and agree a quote while the customer is still at the counter.

WHAT IT DOES

• Guided capture — an on-screen frame for each angle of the device, so every assessment is consistent between stores and staff.

• AI condition grading — the device is assessed for cosmetic and screen damage and given a grade, in seconds.

• Automatic quote calculation — the grade feeds into the pricing calculator, with deductions applied to the base value.

• IMEI capture — scan the barcode from the device or its box, or type it in.

• Trade-in and exchange — handle both a straight buy-back and an exchange against a new device.

FOR STAFF, NOT CUSTOMERS

This is an internal tool for authorised The Mobile Assist store staff. A store join code and an approved account are required to sign in. It is not intended for general public use.

Photos captured in the app are used to assess device condition and to support the resulting quote.

What’s new

The Store Exchange ID is now required before an order can be marked Pickup Pending.
