Useless app. It claims to use biometric authentication, but upon using it you will be prompted to fill in your username and password, making it useless. It doesn't work when you run out of data, unlike other providers. To top up with a booster, it just redirects you to the webpage, where you have to log in all over again! Very poorly thought out.

It's one of the best networks I've been on. Customer service is excellent, and their app is brilliant. The only bit that let's them down is getting onto the app it's too complicated, email address password,entering a code, it puts you off from going on the app. My bank account is easier, with four digits? Don't know if anybody bothers reading these feedbacks.

I use my Sim in my router. To check the remaining balance I have to log into the App, which then sends a one time password to my router. I then have to log into my router to retrieve the password etc.....very convoluted, unnecessary, Imjust trying to check my data balance not transfer thousands of pounds around the world!
