This application manages the transportation of passengers or cargo for a private company, to and from company branches or schools. Optimized routes are generated based on the georeferencing of passenger pick-up/drop-off locations to reach destinations in the shortest possible time. Routes can be monitored in real time; administrators can see on the map the location of each vehicle, which passengers have been dropped off and which are still to be transported, and estimate travel times and distances. It integrates with both Google Maps and Waze to provide drivers with quick and easy route options. Routes are dynamic, allowing for passenger changes and route re-optimization in case of modifications. They can also be priced, and upon completion, all types of reports are generated regarding the trips taken, both weekly and monthly, according to the configuration or manually. Tax and accounting reports, carbon footprint reports, and energy consumption reports are also generated. It is possible to enter formal documentation for both vehicles and drivers to track expiration dates, anticipating deadlines and generating reminders and alerts to keep all documentation up to date.
