if it were possible to give less thsn one star, I'd surely do that! DO NOT trust these ppl running this app with your money! SCAMMERS flat out! I deposited money into this app with my debit card so that I could send money, got an email confirmation that the transaction was complete but the money never showed up In the balance! Talked to a few customer service agents, they saw thst i never got the money but still gave me the run around until they just stopped responding altogether! nothing!

Why has this app suddenly stopped working on my phone? I can’t say it has completely stopped working in general because I’m not sure if others are experiencing the same issue. Whenever I launch it, it freezes on the first screen. I’ve updated it, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. What’s going on?

I really love the app, but please improve the payment system so customers can make payments seamlessly. Anytime they want to pay, it keeps asking them to buy coins, which makes it seem like we are trying to scam them through the platform.
