[LX Smart Office] Introduction to Key Services

01. Do you need the other party's information before making a call with group (organization) members?

Check the other party's information in advance when making or receiving calls on your smartphone!

* To provide this feature, we identify the other party's phone number when making or receiving calls.

This information is used solely to determine whether the other party is an organization member and is not stored.

02. Do you need a flexible work environment with enhanced mobility, such as working from home or remote work?

You can use your office phone anytime, anywhere with your smartphone, even while working outside the office or on business trips.

03. Do you seek a work-life balance where personal information is protected and privacy is respected?

Even when making work calls on your smartphone, they are routed from your office number, allowing you to process work without exposing your personal information.

04. Do you need a customized service based on your work status settings?

Call forwarding settings are available that reflect your real-time work status, such as work, meetings, business trips, or vacations.

05. Are you concerned about the investment costs required to implement the service?

No system investment! No maintenance required! You can use the service simply by installing the application.

* Although you can use the app even if you do not agree to all permissions requested by [LX Smart Office],

features such as displaying your phone's contact list and displaying information about the other party's organization members may not function.

- Notifications: Display notifications provided by the server

- Call History: Identify the other party's phone number when making or receiving calls

- Contacts: Provide a list of phone numbers in your phone's contacts

- Phone: Identify the other party's phone number when making or receiving calls

- Location: Verify location when recording clock-in/clock-out times

- Display over other apps: When making or receiving calls, if the other party is an organization member, display their information on the phone screen while the call is connecting or in progress

To implement these core functions, our app uses Android's access to usage information:

Detect currently running apps: This is to identify whether the default phone app is active upon receiving a call, in order to accurately display the caller/recipient profile overlay on top of it.

Access to screen content information (limited): May be used in a limited manner to detect call-related information (e.g., call status, outgoing/incoming numbers, etc.) and link it with profile information.
