Can never update my phone number (error says "cant validate your phone number), takes forever to login when using biometrics, no description on food items so you dont know what it comes with (for example, a sandwich says it comes with a protein but it doesnt say which one is it), you can only access the app within the business working hours so you cant see the menu or order ahead of time until business opens.

DO NOT USE. I had major login problems and then when I finally got it set up and made an order it's stuck in generating and not ever giving an order number or moving to processing. Apparently I did get an email, in fact, I got 3 emails. I tried to pay with Google pay and it looks like it charged me but told me my order failed because I didn't select a payment type. This app is just a pile of broken behaviors. I don't even know who to contact for a refund.

A barely-functional app. It's slow and tends to crash, doesn't remember card information, and frequently has login issues. On top of that, ordering is cumbersome and frequently just... Fails. Orders show as submitted, but don't seem to go through. My job switched to it recently and we've had nothing but trouble with it since the first day.
