Mobileo Teams turns a tablet or phone at the gatehouse into a shift-tracking kiosk for your site. Supervisors punch guards in and out in two taps — no per-employee logins, no personal devices, no paperwork.

Built for security operations
One shared device at the gate replaces per-guard app installs. The supervisor signs in once, locks the device to a site, and the kiosk stays on that site until logout — so the roster on screen is always the roster for the post you are standing at.

Shift times come from the server, not the device
Every start and end timestamp is assigned by Mobileo, so a wrong device clock cannot produce a wrong timesheet. Punches recorded on the kiosk appear in Mobileo web admin immediately, attributed to the supervisor who made them.

Requires a Mobileo account
Mobileo Teams is part of the Mobileo security-workforce platform and requires a Mobileo account with Teams enabled. There is no self-serve signup. Contact Mobileosoft to get started.
