The Yale Smart Living Alarm App gives you control of your Yale Smart Alarm system from your smartphone. App works with Yale Sync Alarms, Yale SR-Smart Home Alarms, EF-KIT3, EF3000i, HSA6600, & Yale Alarm Kit (AU)

Had an issue the alarm sms not working. Had to contact CS, as when you put your telephone number in a "-" would appear after the +44 of the number. Another issue is when you close or swipe the app off this app keeps running in the background. You have manual stop the app running otherwise it keeps running using data and running the battery down quicker. Another little issue, would be nice to be able to edit and delete your own emails and phone numbers in the notification section.

It's a shame because this alarm system could be great but I suspect years of underinvestment and scrimping on quality technology. The sensors only seem to work 70% of the time (sometimes the alarm remains on after arriving home even if I am jumping / waving arms in front of them, then will trigger if I enter a different room!!). Other times they all work fine. This level of inconsistency impacts the efficacy of the entire system and stops it functioning as peace of mind when asleep or out.

I feel now that i should have got R*ng instead. Hub occasionally disconnects from Internet goes offline. It's not a simple case of just switching it off and on. Need reset the hub by getting a small screwdriver and flicking over the tiny on off switch on rear of hub then power it all off, then on. So if you are out or away a week and it's offline, then you can't remote operate the alarm !!! Will not get any notification if thealarm is activated!!! Occasionally have to put a password in Again!!
