Update : *Thank you for the response. Appreciate your quick fix on problems, and the app is now working perfectly without closing. I do love this app and use it daily basis for my practice. Thank you so much ♡ * I am using the latest version currently.. App is automatically closed when I click the medication name , with alert that app has bug... it has been working wonderful, and recently having issues with app. Can you please help.

Updated 09/05/2024: The additional feedback was helpful. It looks like the previous issue affected one other area, which caused the app to close on your device. We just received an approval for the latest version incorporating this change so please let us know if that takes care of it. Thank you again and we apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATE (12/5/23): After working with NEI support, the app is working again. Thank you to the team for getting this resolved so quickly. . ORIGINAL POST (12/4/23): Had the app and subscription to NEI. 11/29/23 update has rendered the app inoperable (will not open). Until this update, this was my go-to source. Now, I'm considering switching back to Epocrates or investing in Micromedex.

Installed and tried to start using it, could not find a way to set up an account. Goes right to just wanting you to log in. And, as would be expected, it didn't recognize my information, but won't take me to a place to set up an account. Am l missing something here? ? Very frustrating experience.!

Thank you for your feedback, which we take seriously. Unfortunately, we are restricted under a terms of service agreement from allowing users to create new, paid accounts within the app. This forces us to ask you to create your account on our Web site and then use those same credentials to log into the app. We hope that guidance helps.
