The app stopped working and Everytime I try to login it keeps spinning saying "please wait" then nothing happened. NEI customer service couldn't help. I deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times with no luck. Please help!

Update : *Thank you for the response. Appreciate your quick fix on problems, and the app is now working perfectly without closing. I do love this app and use it daily basis for my practice. Thank you so much ♡ * I am using the latest version currently.. App is automatically closed when I click the medication name , with alert that app has bug... it has been working wonderful, and recently having issues with app. Can you please help.

Updated 09/05/2024: The additional feedback was helpful. It looks like the previous issue affected one other area, which caused the app to close on your device. Information is great but UI a bit cumbersome, (Epocrates easier to navigate and more succinct for quick reference-requires subscription for some applications, Medscape is free- has good all around info)/ clinical pearls and search by drug use are what set this app apart. App not working/keeps closing since last update (Android). Need fix fast! I have other general resources but prefer this when "stuck" on difficult cases.

We think we have isolated the very obscure issue you and a few other customers are experiencing with the app. We made a modification and pushed a new app package (version 3.0.3) to the Google Play Store earlier today. We hope to learn if the app now runs on your phone after this update. Thank you for your patience and support!
