In which, the Company has the capital and management personnel to develop the raw material area, the cultivation agent has professional knowledge and provides timely solutions for farmers and finally the Farmer's Household, who has spacious land fund but lack of consumption orientation, capital and technical knowledge.

Trong đó, Công ty có vốn và nhân sự quản lý để phát triển vùng nguyên liệu, Đại lý canh tác có kiến thức chuyên môn và đưa ra giải pháp kịp thời cho người nông dân và cuối cùng là Hộ nông dân, là người có quỹ đất rộng rãi nhưng thiếu định hướng bao tiêu, vốn và kiến thức kỹ thuật.
