OneTake is a teleprompter app for your phone. Your script scrolls right over the camera, so you look straight into the lens while you read — no memorising, no forty takes, no jump cuts to hide the "umm".

Write it, or let AI write it
Type or paste your own script, or describe your video in one line and let the AI script writer draft it. Pick the platform (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, podcast, statement), the tone and the length, and get a script built to be spoken out loud — not read off a page.

Read while you record
Your words glide over the live camera preview at the pace you set, from 60 to 220 words per minute. Adjust text size, switch on the reading guide, or mirror the text for beam-splitter teleprompter rigs. A three-second countdown gets you in position and the screen stays awake for the whole take.

Control it hands-free
Nobody has to hold the phone. Raise a hand to speed the script up, lower it to slow down, cover the lens to pause. Hands-free mode is made for rehearsing, for shooting at arm's length, and for when the real recording is happening on an external camera or in OBS.

Keep every take
Finished videos are saved on your device and, with your permission, copied to your photo gallery. Play them back inside the app, share them anywhere, delete them in one tap.

Your words stay yours
Scripts and recordings live on your device. We never upload your videos. In hands-free mode camera frames are analysed on-device to detect gestures — they are never stored and never sent anywhere.
