Hello, I am facing an issue in the new DOST app while paying my WASA water bill. My WASA reference/voucher number contains a slash “/” (for example: 039/78…). In the DOST app, the voucher number field does not allow me to type the “/” character, and there is no option for it on the keypad. Because of this, I cannot enter the correct reference number and the app shows a “Server Error - We’re facing technical issues, please try again” when I try to pay the bill. Please check this problem ...!

me from two days trying to register on dost but failed because biometric failed when I open account first time all fingers was ok after an hour when I try to register on dost biometric failed. one problem that at starting need bio metric verification. you must need first of all register and allow to make pin or password then in app you make system that can not do any transactions with out biometric.

Overall UI is good. but i had one problem. The app fetched my name wrong and it was not changeable during the account opening process. I thought I'll just later call the support and tell them to fix it. There was no helpline number mentioned there. I still emailed them but they're like "we can't do anything, please visit branch" and same for the WhatsApp channel. It felt like they weren't even trying. Honestly i had the same problem with other banks but they fixed it when i email them or on call
