The app was good, but now a days it doesn't work after the update .. it just wasting the time. No login, no transaction, if login, then hectic transaction . Please solve it urgently

Please update and fix bugs. Forget password shows Format Exception error. Also unable to register as a new user...it show user does not exist error.

It's very worst application, every time link down . Application is not login in first attempt with accurate password. Also very low service they customer service provide. I'm very shocked. When I enter correct password then why app give error that entered password or PIN is wrong
