bikes are outdated. app is clunky and could be designed better. pricing isn't clear for the e-scooters would not recommend

it's very good better then beam. but make sure available all the place

So everything has worked amazingly well, the bikes/scooters are pretty good. I was using pay as you go, now I can't use the service because it says I have 1.35 ringgit outstanding. And the only way to settle it is by using the "wallet" and topping up a minimum of $20 but not by card as I was using pay-as-you-go. A way to forcing you to commit to the service? Edit: they're adding option to pay outstanding balance with card, settled the amount pending with them! Best support in the industry!
