How does carsharing work with FLEX?
1. choose between different types of vehicles at numerous FLEX stations throughout Luxembourg.
2. you will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking.
3. use FLEX anywhere in Luxembourg and enjoy unlimited service!
4. when your trip is over, simply return the vehicle to the booked station before the end of your reservation and end your trip in the FLEX app. The charges will be calculated automatically.
Pay only for the time booked and per kilometers driven. FLEX takes care of everything involved: service, insurance and fuel.

very convenient. the distance charge is a bit high though

easy user friendly booking system, nice choice of well maintained cars, reasonably priced.

Terrible expérience ! Overcharged to an incredible amount do to the distance travelled (90% of the price for a normal distance within Luxembourg). Then they charged me 100€ ("forgiving" a 250€ additional penalty) for a FALSE damage that was placed on me a week later. Finally they take about 2 months to reply to an email.
