How does carsharing work with FLEX?
1. choose between different types of vehicles at numerous FLEX stations throughout Luxembourg.
2. you will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking.
3. use FLEX anywhere in Luxembourg and enjoy unlimited service!
4. when your trip is over, simply return the vehicle to the booked station before the end of your reservation and end your trip in the FLEX app. The charges will be calculated automatically.
Pay only for the time booked and per kilometers driven. FLEX takes care of everything involved: service, insurance and fuel.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing. I installed FLEX because it is backed by CFL, a trusted Luxembourg brand. I paid the €5 registration fee, which is fine, but my driving licence still cannot be validated due to a technical error. I contacted support and, after one week, I still have no answer. I couldn't use the service when needed and simply wasted €5. Nonexistent support and a broken registration process. Very disappointing for a service operating under the CFL name.

Terrible expérience ! Overcharged to an incredible amount do to the distance travelled (90% of the price for a normal distance within Luxembourg). Then they charged me 100€ ("forgiving" a 250€ additional penalty) for a FALSE damage that was placed on me a week later. Finally they take about 2 months to reply to an email.

Great cars, great UX, information is crystal clear concerning car specs. great app for flexible car rental, best pay-as you go for cars seen so far. BUT the only improvement to reach 5 stars in my opinion wpuld be a different location for car return to reach maximum flexibility.
