FieldCo. is NOT for Kumtel CUSTOMERS. It is for authorized service centers.

As a technical service program, we provide operational convenience to companies managing technical service and after-sales services.

Our goal as a technical service program is to minimize time loss and operational losses. Eliminating manually prepared reports, physically stored service forms, and unknown statuses of field work are just a few of our primary goals.

With the FieldCo. technical service program, you can instantly view the work performed by your field teams and, if applicable, sub-services, and track their current status on a GPS map, both online and on your mobile device.

You can create daily, weekly, and monthly plans using the FieldCo. technical service program and organize your work accordingly.

You can customize your technical service forms for your company. You can create detailed forms with a unique numbered barcode, customer and product details, a description of the work performed, and cost items. Upon completion, the customer's signature, captured on the mobile device, and the technician's signature on their profile are displayed on this form.

In the FieldCo. technical service program, meters or checklists are included in the service form in the same way. We create much more than just the service form you're used to. Most importantly, photos taken by field personnel, along with their notes and any markings you make, are added to these forms. All your data is stored in true cloud technology and can be quickly viewed in detail.

The FieldCo. technical service program provides solutions for both SMEs and large businesses. A three-person technical service team easily adapts to a company with a service network of 2,000. The needs of every company are different, and FieldCo. technical service software can meet these needs across more than 20 sectors.
