Ratings and reviews

Slow to start up. Login is too cumbersome to be really useful. Fingerprint login would be a definite improvement. Also last time I used it, I received an unimportant notification message about my passport. I read the notification, but the close notification button didn't work, so I could not really open the app, I had to close and reopen, but then it would not accept my password, and I needed to change it which required computer access.

Zero Value. Shows an itinerary and that's about it. No way to make or request changes to flights. Still have to call. In fact, you have to tell the app what number to call! Login is a pain and frequently required. Thankfully all the airlines provide useful apps! I'll just go back to living in the 90s and having to call when I need to make changes.

Have to login every time. Super annoying and makes boarding passes in the app unusable. Nice sync with calendar option, but it only syncs the first leg of a multi-flight itinerary - useless. Have a flight cancel/delay, need to make a change? No way to handle it in the app. It just dials your local SATO office to be put on hold. No link to after hours service. Nice try, but check out Alaska Air app for how to get this right.
