Abysmal. It's embarrassing that they make you listen to a pitch for this app every time you call, and then it makes you log in again every 2 minutes and reset your password every 90 days. No option to save login or use biometric. They real use of this product, being able to quickly access your reservations on the road, is totally neutered by its constant pestering to log in again.
