Nursing staff carry out a large number of activities in the different services they cover. Generally, at the end of the month, the authorities request the delivery of a numerical report of all of them. However, on many occasions, given the workload, some of these can be forgotten, so the reports will be inaccurate and the productivity of the staff is altered.
This application helps to record these activities in the main hospital services (emergencies, hospitalization, operating room and obstetric surgery), as well as personal incidents that must also be reported. At the end of each month, the staff will receive in their mail the concentrate of the activities carried out during the current month.
The sequence of activities is as follows: 1) The staff, during their working day, records all the activities they carried out on the screen of the service to which they are assigned. In the end, it sends that information, which is stored in a cloud. 2) Activities continue to be recorded every time you are working and, at the end, send the information. 3) At the end of the month, the sum of all the activities carried out in the month is sent to the registered mail.
