About this app

GeoAssist is a location tracking app for staff members, intended to report staff member location to dispatch, between Start of Shift and End of Shift. With each staff member submitting location information, it is possible for staff to also view the location of other nearby staff members within their dispatch application.
This application has a user interface that shows current username, their Online status, their reporting frequency, their current Duty Status, time of the most recent GPS fix send, and the time of the next GPS send.
When users are marked On Duty, within their Dispatch application, MPATrack receives a PUSH message to start reporting GPS fixes. When users are marked Off Duty, MPATrack again receives a PUSH message to stop report GPS fixes.
We need the Foreground Service Permissions, to ensure, that if a user closes/discards the UI of the app, it can continue to run in the background to receive these start sending/stop sending PUCH messages, and that their location fixes will still be sent to dispatch while they are On Duty
