I have played this game for many years to occupy my thumbs while listening to other things. Ads have gotten worse over time, as others say. But full page ads have started appearing over the gameplay in the middle of a level. I can't get rid of them -- they are not "watch 5 seconds then skip," or even "watch the whole ad to continue playing." Instead they are stuck there, as if the always-there banner ad has mutated out of control. This makes the game literally unplayable. Very disappointed.

I tolerate this app and its ads in exchange for earning digital gift cards. The ads frustrate me, though. Sometimes, a black screen is all that the ads show, with no quick exit button, forcing me to close and restart. My experience led me to uninstall this, especially since the levels are too hard to complete within 30 days. I got up to 500, and I am done. Unless you can find more time to play this so you can reach 2000 in under 30 days, I would recommend finding an alternative app. Not for me.

There are so many ads. You are basically pushed an ad for anything you do in this game. When you start a new game, when you want to retry a level, or move onto a new level. And to pay for new ads is $10 PER WEEK. The game is fun but the ads are excessive and that is possibly the most outrageous amount I've seen a game app ask for to remove ads.
