perplexed, why did we get charged the fixed fee of 22.40 & then driver ask us for an extra 2.50 for entrance into teesside airport. I understood the fixed fee of 22.40 included the 2.50. my receipt only shows we paid 22.40, but he charged us 24.90. Taxi to airport was only 22.00. not happy at this

Unfinished boiler plate app for all taxi companies. No response from support after two weeks. The app 'auto corrects' your address to what it has in the database. This resulted in almost double the fare as despite putting my whole address with postcode, it wasn't until missing our last turn did I realise the app had changed the destination to a similarly named 'grove', rather than 'street'.
