Every truck has a destination. Every stack hides a choice. Your next move can clear the yard—or block the entire route.

Cargo Sort is a handcrafted logistics puzzle game about matching each crate to the truck painted for its cargo. Read the yard from the top down, use the empty buffer and one-crate forklift wisely, and complete each delivery with the fewest moves possible.
