As other users are saying, this app rewards loyalty less and less with every update: now you get fewer points for your money, and they are worth half of what they were before. You get fewer offers, and the points expire without notice ("no points expiring soon," and then they're gone). Add the unreliable availability of products in cafes and higher prices, and there's little reason to use the app – or go to EH at all, actually. Went from visiting every other day to every other month, if that.

Slow af, glitches, freezing, takes a few minutes opening the app, and close to 20-30 seconds for every tap you do. want to order in the app? Just pick the store on the map, takes 2 minutes to load. adding to the cart, another 30 seconds. Want to view your cart? that's right, wait another minute. paying with PayPal, takes 2 -3 times to log in, cause app glitches out of log in screen. wild this app hasn't been fixed at all in 2 years. if a freebie once in a while isn't important, don't download

The older version of the app was perfect. With the new update I had trouble adding my card and the entire app isn't as intuitive as it used to be. Also, making the minimum card refill amount larger than before is a very good way to make sure I don't go to the café. I won't be stopping by as often since refilling my coffee card basically counts as an investment. I can decide to load up 10€ in a spur of a moment, but 30€ is too much. EDIT: Changed to 4* 14/03/24 after positive changes in app.
