Pain in the Ars to use. I have to play 5 rounds of you don't have an account and try to access my account 7 different ways, send 4 emails that my account is non existent and then suddenly I have access to the online server. Noting someone else also had this same issue years ago tells me the developer will not be fixing this issue. Overall their technology is dysfunctional at best. Double checked my bank account to make sure a payment actually processes.

This app sucks! It won't let me log in using my login & password, but when I go to the statement they send by email & use the same login, it let's me in. I've already had to change my password because it wouldn't let me log in, & now it's doing it again. In Oct. 2022, they started sending me email reminders that my payment is due on 11/13/22. They sent the same statement 3 to 5 times a month!!! When I called to complain, rather than fix the problem, they just stopped sending them. Uninstalled!

Stay far away from this company!!! I tried using this company to finance one of our credit challenged customers, and they were not satisfied with the hvac unit model and serial number provided. It has already been two months without getting paid. There are plenty of other companies out there that are not this difficult. Please do your research before you ever think of using this platform for financing.
