Literally an unusable app. Bought a Denali 405 in part because this app was advertised to work with the grill. However, the app crashes as soon as it is opened. A message comes up saying the app crashed because it has a bug and that it will need to be updated when the developer fixes the bug. I reached out to the developer by email with no response. So, if you're thinking of purchasing a Monument Grill to use with the enticing app, save yourself lots of money and aggravation. It doesn't work.

Just bought a monument Grill took about 10 minutes to get it to connect to the app the first time. Now even though it shows it in the app it won't reconnect 2 Days Later. And support is basically unavailable because it's dinner time and they have limited support hours.

I'm a Monument Grill fan, the Denali 425 is my second, but this app, total garbage. The proverbial "if I could give it 0 stars I would" comment applies. So far..I see the timer (or as the obvious outsourced developer called it "Timering") does nothing. Yesterday, using the temp probe for the first time, it told me the meat was done 15 degrees before the alarm point. The design and layout ok, functionality terrible. Zero useful help docs, Monument should be embarrassed by this app.
