How to Set Up Mock Location

Mock Loc uses Android's built-in mock location functionality.

To get started:

Enable Developer Options on your Android device.
Open Developer Options → Select mock location app.
Select Mock Loc.
Choose a location or create a route.
Start the GPS simulation.

No root access is required on supported Android devices.

Important

Some apps and services may detect or restrict mock locations depending on their own security systems and policies.

Very good. 1. If I choose somewhere on the map manually it still uses the last automatic location details. Example: I search for Chelsea and start. I stop it, manually scroll to Newcastle and start, but it still says Chelsea in the location details although Newcastle shows as my location in apps. 2. History has to be cleared individually. Make an option to be able to clear all history in 1 go if wanted. Update, found it does not work.

I'm not sure what happened, but this year I'm not able to use the app. It runs... allows me to select any option... but when I start the mock location, it throws an error and close. In 2024 it was running amazing.

This helps on beta-testing/working out the bugs for location an applications functionality and accuracy. And for victims of gang stalking need help to scrape the sh't off their boots. ★★★★★'s † God bless you. Is there some reason that I can't mock location a point in the ocean? I want to be able to trick weather app to show me the Doppler radar info for rain patterns off the coast of California But when I set stationary point and press play screen goes white and says error.
