Mocreo Sensor app was FAR more reliable. I "upgraded" to BLE devices and the Mocreo Smart app and have regretted it ever since. This app fails to send notifications in a timely manner, if at all. Alerts are only received after I unlock the phone. So if an event occurs while I'm sleeping, I'm not notified until the next day when I open my phone. I've enabled permissions for background app & battery usage, but nothing works. Until fixed, I cannot in good conscience recommend this product

Great Device, I bought 3 sets of 2 sensors each with the receiver that echos the sensor data up to the cloud. As stated in the product description, The lite receivers don't receive from long range sensors. But since the pro receiver does receive from both types, it received all 6 sensors data. Since it's tied to your account, once you set up a sensor on a new device, it automatically shows up on all compatible receivers. Easy. Only complaint, selecting a previous month to display has a big bug.

been using for a while, just had a freezer issue and was never alerted, lost $500 worth of meat, great for monitoring but I dont know how much I trust the notifications anymore
