The app works alright.It is however too basic, even saccos and microfinance institutions have more user-friendly apps.By the way, charging balance enquiries denies you lots of deposits... Balance knowledge is a precursor to a transaction. Pull up your socks BOA.

Horrible app. Always locks accounts. Then "visit your branch" nonsense. It also regularly hangs. I've been unable to use it today at all. And when it hangs, you cannot exit. Plus, you pay for everything including a mere balance check. Horrid.

Honestly, I've been with this bank for some months and I've been able to open this app.. each time I try loging in it either asks you to upgrade even after you upgraded it a minute ago,or it's just stuck at one point. I think there should be alot of fixing done. Thank you.
