• Online School Fees payments
• Online Tertiary fees payments
• Online blocking and unblocking of ATM Debit cards
• Online account opening for e-Wallets – non account holders will be able to apply for Wallet accounts through their mobile phones.
• Online account opening by CBZ Bank Agents – it brings the capability of opening accounts through appointed Agents or mobile CBZ officials.

• Online Card Replacement request facility.

I opened my Visa Gold card account and sadly unknowingly left Zimbabwe without signing up in this app. It has been 2 years now trying to sign up and just being requested to write loads of forms which don't end up solving my problem. Please improve your online services , they are very poor. Try to make all your services online seamlessly.

This App sucks, especially their IMEI transfer protocol when one changes their handset. It's now over a year trying to facilitate this, from Call Centre calls, online chats, physical IMEI change request forms submitted to different branches yet all to NO AVAIL. There are better user friendly & secure ways to smoothen the process. You really need to consider this...

App was working well for me until it just starts crashing every time I open it it just closes tried restarting my phone, clearing cache and data to no avail tried complete uninstall and reinstall still nothing
