• Location permissions are needed to determine your current location in order to find SBM bank branches and ATMs near you.
• Read Contact permissions are needed to access your contacts to send money via Mfukoni
• Camera permissions are needed to deposit checks via Mfukoni.
• Photo/Media/Files permissions are needed to pick profile pictures.

Ratings and reviews

App is always unresponsive and undergoing maintenance at cost of your convenience. You can't rely on it to transact especially when in need of funds. Definitely closing my account and moving to a bank with a more reliable app.

This is just terrible, horrible! Was it ever tested because the other version was quite stable. This one crashes immediately I open and there's no way of going back. I am stuck. Sort out this mess. ******************** I had just to come back and give a honest feedback after the earlier update when the app completely wouldn't work. Very bad app despite sending emails about it I cannot log in our out ,one can get stuck when you have emergency while thinking you have an online app that can come in handy,I have had to uninstall and install and still same old it ,does not work,and customer service not reliable, mpesa also not working, I'm reconsidering my loyalty. I'm so disappointed 😞...if there was a zero star
