goBoB is a mobile wallet App which will facilitate payments and support features like transfer of funds, merchant payments, top ups and bill payments. The main objective of goBoB is to achieve greater financial inclusion, promote cashless transactions and to bring everyone into the financial ecosystem.

This app is pretty good, it has a lot of options, you can scan and pay, transfer and also take out cash from the ATM with the cardless withdraw option, it's like i have my own bank account while still being a minor. The only problem I faced here is that when I was trying to top up my number, it said that the transaction was unsuccessful and the sad thing was my money also got cut off, i never received my money back neither did I get my recharge done.

I am using this app from day one and I find it really good. The limitations I found are the OTP from the bank while adding money reach us late and the other thing I want desperately in this app is a separate cashback wallet. And also there should be a way to see the recharge history with recharged numbers.

Has been about 3 weeks since I reported that my transaction didn't work but my money still got cut, told me that they would call again but they didn't. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed.👎 Had to go and pay again, costing me nu.240 for items worth nu.80. Can't even change my method of transaction as this is the only app for online transactions among minors, oh, the customer service representative kuenga(I think) was very polite and nice with the patience of a buddha unlike the other speakers
