goBoB is a mobile wallet App which will facilitate payments and support features like transfer of funds, merchant payments, top ups and bill payments. The main objective of goBoB is to achieve greater financial inclusion, promote cashless transactions and to bring everyone into the financial ecosystem.

This app is pretty good, it has a lot of options, you can scan and pay, transfer and also take out cash from the ATM with the cardless withdraw option, it's like i have my own bank account while still being a minor. The only problem I faced here is that when I was trying to top up my number, it said that the transaction was unsuccessful and the sad thing was my money also got cut off, i never received my money back neither did I get my recharge done.

Please remove 2% charge while transferring amounts without using QR code. Also, there's been constant system error while paying using QR code as well. After entering TPIN, the message reads as "Dear costumer, Could not process your request at this point of time. Please try after sometime." And while trying for the second time, it deducts for twice resulting unnecessary trouble. I hope it gets corrected in new updates.

It used to be working fine. But because of the new update I am not able to add money Firstly, when I click on "add money" and "bank" then "Bob" I enter the account no. And when I press next it says "CID mismatched". Second, when I click " request money" and enter the "phone number, amount and reason" and then click next, it says "mobile number not registered for gobob" It used to work fine before the update but now I can't even add money from my mom's Bob account please fix this problem.
