Either you guys are very greedy or exploitative because,,,,, where is my statement?? must I pay to access my statement. guys, surely. To see my last transaction, I have to pay. Also, you have to charge for me to be notified that money has gotten to my account. Mahn!! business wise, it's not the best if so is the case. Having used other banks, I am just asking myself,"Where is that 0-star rating!" Again, don't you guys address your clients' concerns in this app like other banks do?

allow users even to see 5 of their last transactions. or even one. I can't deposit then to confirm if that deposit has actually reflected, I have to request a mini statement charged at 10/=. only bank still doing this in this century

Poor customer service, getting a loan limit on this app is not easy, I can guarantee that. I have had the app installed for close to 2 years now and only managed to get a loan of 1500 from them once, when I installed it, after that. I pretty much never qualifed for any other loan. There are a lot of changes on doing anything on the app, except checking loan limit and transaction charges are very high. Even making a savings on the app require you to pay for the service
