Previously worked well. For the last two months, similar to other reviews, unable to open the app, with the status saying "App Error" before the app shuts down. Despite deleting and redownloading there has been no change. This needs to be amended ASAP as there is limited opportunity to check bank balances and transfer otherwise.

Not the most intuitive user interface. Seems quite outdated for the present time and certainly needs an overhaul. Fingerprint authentication lacking for transactions which would be a more secure and reliable way to transact and log in. It does however work and function adequately based on my limited use.

Why don’t we improve the customer experience by enabling self-service for PrimeMobi? The current process is unnecessarily taxing,especially when customers change handsets. Right now, the only way to reset PrimeMobi, forces customers to visit their respective branch, fill out forms, and wait for HQ authorization just to change a PIN or regain access. It’s 2026, this level of friction is outdated and frustrating.
