The app continually fail to open. I think you should work on that. Initially I thought the problem was from my phone but I changed phone and is still failing to respond when I try opening

This app is so terrible I'm thinking of closing my account with the bank. It simply doesn't work and they cant be bothered to have it fixed. All they do is ask you to uninstall and reinstall the app which doesn't work. I'm tired of calling them

I don't know what's wrong with the app, when you open it, operates for a few seconds and closes by itself depriving you of obtaining what you need.
