I hope this message reaches you soon please update your app to fix bugs , currently new users who want to register on the app can't due to the the ID verification issues that does not allow my ID info to be inputed. Please solve this issue quickly

very awful.. I think the app needs update it doesn't work on my galaxy s22 ultra.... they aren't serious of fixing things either..

The app continually fail to open. I think you should work on that. Initially I thought the problem was from my phone but I changed phone and is still failing to respond when I try opening
