I hope this message reaches you soon please update your app to fix bugs , currently new users who want to register on the app can't due to the the ID verification issues that does not allow my ID info to be inputed. Please solve this issue quickly

I just opened an account at Republic Bank and when I came home right now I received a message from them that(Dear Customer, Your Mobile Number has been updated. Please Login Republic bank Application with 233555****44mobile number.) mean while I didn't use this number to register,why and can't even login to this mobile app why

The app hasn't work for more than 7 months now and I keep waiting for update to correct the anomalies but it seems I will keep waiting till eternity amd when you visit the customer service at Kasoa they frown their faces amd ignore your complaints
