It's a very convenient way of transacting. Would have given it 4★ but something about this app is pure theft. How can you charge 7 shillings everytime one clicks on the view balance option even if still logged on the app? sometimes also, one clicks by mistake but you deduct 7 bob. We are in a digital world, it would be great if this is made free of charge just like in the website. Otherwise the 7 bob is too much

This app was working quite well for me before, but right now every time I try to log in, it says "this is a new device, we need to verify bla blah", when you click to verify, it just crashes. The OTP message is sent though, but you cannot use it because the app already stopped. I am stuck in this cycle, have been at it for the last 3 weeks. Terrible terrible experience. I have seen other people complaining about the same thing, not sure why the developer isn't fixing this.
