You guys should fix the saved beneficiaries. Example for the wallets. Selected saved names does not correspond with the actual person. It's very dangerous. I have to click one by one to inspect to make sure the name is actual the person selected. And it's very annoying. You end up sending it to the wrong person. Was it really tested?

This app lacks some functionalities compared to the former app. You can't even add debit card and increase ATM withdrawal limit for some of us who needs huge amount of cash to transact business, always have to visit the bank premises which is time consuming. This is not digitalization but limitations. CBG can do better, please improve.

You can't even get into the app. Once you're done with the activation the log in button becomes useless. The app itself becomes lame. Please, do something about it! You can't expect us to be coming to the bank every time, then, what was the purpose of the app!?
