Since I started using this app, it has only worked properly a few times. It is honestly one of the most unreliable banking apps in Ghana. For those of us abroad, this is our only way to handle transactions, so when it keeps showing “timed out” errors for days, it is devastating and stressful. Customer service says they have technical issues and we should wait, sometimes for days, with no follow-up. The owners should check their technical team. Changing banks seems the best option.its tht Bad 👎

I provided correct details to open the App but it keeps saying my information is wrong even though it was correct..

Pls help me have access to my mobile app. It was blocked, I went to the office and it unblock. It has been blocked again pls help me.
