Since I started using this app, it has only worked properly a few times. It is honestly one of the most unreliable banking apps in Ghana. For those of us abroad, this is our only way to handle transactions, so when it keeps showing “timed out” errors for days, it is devastating and stressful. Customer service says they have technical issues and we should wait, sometimes for days, with no follow-up. The owners should check their technical team. Changing banks seems the best option.its tht Bad 👎

To think I just tried transferring 2k+ from momo to my own account and my momo says the money is out but hasn't been credited into my bank account. Edit: The funds were credited into my bank account this morning, I wouldn't say it's reliable but it's significantly better because no charges was taken for the transaction.

Waste of data and time, It kept on saying my details were wrong, they were not. It is now functioning; however, the application can only perform basic tasks,other essential features are either inaccessible or not functioning as expected.
