I love the option to set the fireplace to turn off. The app colors are easy to set but the 3 stars is because when I try to save the settings we like I can't. My Ambiance setting have preset and custom. When I try to save what I like under custom the colors are nothing like what I want. The app should have a help section with an index where you can search for what you are trying to resolve. Every time I type custom settings, my Ambiance in the search bar nothing appears. I had to create support

Pro- The app works to control the fireplace. Cons-It won't do the update (even though it prompts me every time I open it)- super annoying but enough to make me not use it. I also don't love the preset options. I'm not sure why anyone would want a flashing fireplace? Maybe make some nice combinations for holidays or events instead (Easter, team colors, relaxation fades, etc)

The app is very temperamental. The heater control says OFF when it is on and does not allow selecting high or low heat when thermostat is used. Most of time heater can not be turned on until main power switch is turned off and then on,which appears to reset something before heater can be turned on.
