Ratings and reviews

I thought the app might be more robust and actually functioning, but it's worse than using Google Maps to plan a route. Doesn't show a majority of the stops or let you select them, many addresses are not available, routes disappear as the time for the stop gets closer which defeats the whole purpose, etc. I only have this app because I'm forced to use QR codes to ride the bus which I'm also unhappy with

Made my screen go black and completely unusable when turning my phone back on before boarding

the app has no option to purchase reduced fare trips unless I am just missing it.
