app charged my card without authorization. no contact number or support. calling smrt directly they said they have no one I could call. bank said charge cannot be disputed. the purchased tickets and passes never work when scanned. very frustrating. edit * developer responded here and resolved most concerns. app should still have easier support access and helped included within. tickets should be more consistent when scanning on the bus at time or ride. often have validity errors when scanning.

Constant false route information. This app regularly gives me route advice which includes stops and busses that do not line up. It's also told me on several occasions that a bus stop is in a particular place, only for there to be no bus stop even on that street. There have also been multiple times where it tells me 2 busses are coming at a certain time and they never, ever do. Come to find out they're not scheduled to be there for two hours! I love the idea, but the execution is frustrating

not sure why, but whenever I try to scan my ticket with the orange box validator on the bus, it always says "not valid for the current date". the bus driver is getting annoyed that our passes never work and Im not sure why. please fix your app.
