Constant false route information. This app regularly gives me route advice which includes stops and busses that do not line up. It's also told me on several occasions that a bus stop is in a particular place, only for there to be no bus stop even on that street. There have also been multiple times where it tells me 2 busses are coming at a certain time and they never, ever do. Come to find out they're not scheduled to be there for two hours! I love the idea, but the execution is frustrating

on many occasions this particular app, just to find out it didn't accept SmartPay card, bad form, I've reached out to the headquarters to no avail...

Edit! Screenshots are not aloud because of the possibility of sharing a ticket. This makes sense. Thank you for the speedy response devs! Cant screenshot my bus route for my wife. This isn't my bank app why are screenshot blocked from this app!
