Ratings and reviews

I'm hoping the latest update fixes the issues with the video during livestreams. I'll be watching a livestream, and the video suddenly cuts out. I have to exit the stream and re-enter to get the video back on. Then, it cuts out again. I can still hear the artists talking and read the the chat. I know it's an issue with the app and not my connection to my network.

App is extremely slow to load. Process to being able to trade any brought Objekts can take 30 minutes and the trade transaction can take over an hour! Also this update now allows users to trade objekts that have been used already for grid functions. This should never been possible. No one even responds to customer support chat when issues like this has been raised for DAYS!!!! I'm like many still waiting for someone to come back with an acknowledgement of all these issues. Terrible update.

nice app, but I WANT TO SUBSCRIBE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND PURCHASE IT BUT I CANNOT.. it always says like "Failed to load the page, refresh again." I HAVE A %50 DISCOUNT OF MEMBERSHIP FOR JUST ONE DAY BUT I CANNOT PURCHASE IT.! please help me update(2026/04/25): i purchased the membership with a feedback ☺️
