Invoices and quotes
Create invoices, estimates, quotes, receipts and credit notes. Turn a quote into an invoice and add line items, tax rates, discounts, deposits and payment terms.
PDF documents with your branding
Choose a template, then adjust colors, fonts, spacing and your logo. Add a signature image and notes. Preview your PDF in A4 or Letter format and send it using your device's sharing options. Save designs to use on future documents.
Clients and your catalog
Keep client contact details and document history in one place. Build a product and service catalog, add saved items to new documents and review outstanding client balances.
Payment tracking and partial payments
Record payments you have received, including the amount, date, method and a note. See the remaining balance after each partial payment. The dashboard shows payments recorded this month, outstanding amounts and overdue invoices.
Work in different currencies
Choose a currency and set the exchange rate for each document. Review taxes, discounts and totals, and adjust number and date formats to suit your preferences.
Document organization and history
Search invoices and quotes, or filter them by type and status. View earlier versions and PDFs of documents you have revised. Save notes you use regularly.

Create documents and view saved records offline. Export your data to a .fol backup file and restore it from a file. Use the English interface with a light or dark appearance.
Folvia does not connect to government tax or e-invoicing systems. Payments are entered by you; the app does not transfer money or collect payments automatically.
