Drive safe and get rewarded! Drivewise® is a free application that gives drivers the ability to save up to 30% on their auto insurance!*

For a six-month period the app will monitor your driving behaviour and provide you with detailed information on:
1. Time and duration of your trips
2. Harsh or extreme braking events
3. Excessive Speed
Once the monitoring period is complete, the discount you’ve qualified for will be applied automatically. Not only will you be able to save money on your premium but you’ll receive valuable feedback on your driving habits, which will help make you a better driver, while keeping our roadways safer.

so after 6 months and massively inaccurate logging by the app I have received a discount of 0%. Every month I had to reach out as app would record hundreds of events on highway trips where no braking occurred . and they claimed to remove them but of course I got no discount at the end , app still shows 1000's of events that logged incorrectly. this is a incredibly scummy app. use at own preference. email support every time you get inaccurate logs.

I'm very confident that I'm a safe driver, but after 6 months of using the app, my discount is 0% because I have a trail of FALSE breaking events. The app even one time showed that I had 20+ breaking events from a 3km drive down the street! I emailed their customer service re: this, and they said that this is a common glitch that logs when location track cuts out. If it happens so often, why use it to measure people's discounts and not fix..? Feel like this was rigged for failure from the start

Rough start..good finish. It was a struggle to get it to work on my install, which took me weeks to resolve. I didn't like all the fast stops it recorded, but I think it's better than it initially was years ago, when I was an early adopter of the app. It still has issues with cell tower interaction, recording quick stops in areas where no sops existed, yet recorded. I also forgot to stop trips, when I was a passenger, it's just not easy enough to get to, I guess.
