About this app

ModusX is a secure field operations and compliance platform for businesses, service providers and their authorised workforce.

It helps organisations standardise operational processes, improve the quality of field records and maintain clear visibility of completed work across sites, assets and teams.

With ModusX, authorised users can:

• View assigned jobs and scheduled activities
• Complete inspections, checks and compliance tasks
• Capture readings, notes, photographs and supporting evidence
• Access site, location and asset information
• Work offline where connectivity is limited
• Synchronise completed records when a connection becomes available
• Receive notifications when new work is assigned
• Use secure biometric authentication where supported
• Maintain accurate, auditable records of completed work

ModusX is designed for organisations operating in facilities management, field services, compliance, inspection and maintenance environments.

The platform is available to businesses through a ModusX subscription. Users cannot create standalone personal accounts within the app. Once an organisation has subscribed and been onboarded, authorised user accounts are provisioned and managed by that organisation.

A valid organisation-issued ModusX account is required to sign in and use operational features.
