Ratings and reviews

This has been my insurance carrier for more than 22 years. They have stood by me in multiple claims situations involving both automobile accidents and homeowners damage. The rates are a little higher than many but they don't quibble when it's time to settle. My insurance is very affordable even at my age which is 70. Do your homework when you're shopping for insurance. You'll find that the cheapest price is not always the best coverage.

Please fix this so that I do not have to enter log in info everytime I want to access my account. Before the last update, you were able to stay logged in or at least save log in information for faster access

Pretty much a useless app. It doesn't allow you to take an action, like changing your policy in any way. You can view some basic information which doesn't help. Pay some developers and product managers to make this app better.
