WHAT THE APP DOES
• View today's orders broken down by status—created, confirmed, packed, delivered, canceled—at a glance.
• Tap any tile to open a detailed breakdown: by sender, by sales channel (YouCan, Shopify, WooCommerce, Converty, Instagram, Messenger…), by employee, by carrier, or by cancellation reason.
• Track your current leads and identify those to prioritize.
• View your inventory in real time—products with active low stock alerts are highlighted, and those falling below the threshold are marked in red.
• Receive push notifications the instant a new order arrives on any channel.
• Get alerted when a product falls below your defined low stock threshold.
• Mute channels and events that don't matter to you; keep only the ones that do. • Switch between multiple merchants with a single tap if you manage multiple stores.
LANGUAGES
Available in French, English, and Arabic — choose your language in the app or let it follow your device settings.
WHO IS THE APP FOR?
MOFAVO is the companion app for merchants and their employees using the MOFAVO platform. An existing MOFAVO account is required to log in — accounts are created by your administrator via the web platform.
PRIVACY
