Moffy automatically checks your screen time for major social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
The amount you reduce from your past average becomes "points," which help your eggs grow.
Eventually, the eggs hatch, and cute characters called "Mofi" are born and registered in your encyclopedia.
The time you spend without your phone transforms into visible growth and encounters. That's why it's easy to stick with.
