Klipwave is a complete offline audio editor, MP3 cutter, voice recorder, and voice changer. Record, edit, and transform sound entirely on your device: no internet connection, no account, and no cloud uploads. Your recordings never leave your phone, and the app is free with no ads.

RECORD
Capture voice memos, interviews, and field audio straight to WAV with the built-in voice recorder. Choose your sample rate and bit depth (16-bit or 24-bit, where your device supports it) and start fast with ready-made recording presets.

EDIT WITH PRECISION
Trim, cut, copy, paste, split, and delete with sample-level accuracy. The audio cutter works down to the individual sample, so you can fade in or out, silence a section, duplicate audio or insert silence, and undo up to 20 steps if you change your mind. Zoom in up to 8x on a stereo waveform with per-channel lanes, loop any selection, and scrub playback anywhere from half speed to double speed.

Noise & restoration: noise reduction, hiss reduction, de-hum for 50/60 Hz mains hum, click removal, crackle removal, DC offset correction, silence removal.
Equalizer: 3-band EQ, 10-band graphic EQ with presets, a parametric band, low-pass and high-pass filters.
Dynamics: compressor, limiter, expander, noise gate.
Loudness: peak normalize, RMS normalize, a one-pass Podcast Master chain, and LUFS match for broadcast targets.
Effects: pitch-preserving speed change, tape speed, reverse, four reverbs (room, hall, cave, cathedral), echo, feedback delay, chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, vibrato, overdrive, distortion, bit crusher, lo-fi, vinyl, ringtone maker, fade in and fade out.
Voice changer: deep, high, child, helium, robot, alien, monster, radio, telephone, megaphone, cave, echoing voice, and semitone-accurate pitch shift.
Stereo tools: to mono, to stereo, left only, right only, swap channels, balance, stereo width, pan, and phase invert.
Music tools: tempo change from one BPM to another with pitch preserved, and section looping.

MULTITRACK STUDIO
Build layered projects across multiple tracks. Set volume, pan, mute, and solo per track, drag clips on a zoomable timeline, import several files at once, and mix everything down to a single file. It doubles as an audio joiner for merging takes end to end and as a podcast editor for full episodes.

CONVERT & EXTRACT
Convert between formats with the built-in audio converter, or pull the audio track straight out of a video file to get video to MP3 in one step.

ANALYZE YOUR SOUND
Read the frequency spectrum, check loudness in LUFS, and watch a stereo correlation (phase) meter update in real time.

EXPORT & SHARE
Export to WAV, MP3, and other device-supported formats. Turn any clip into a ringtone with the built-in ringtone maker. Export a video with a waveform visualizer, or share your finished audio directly from the app.
