Ten cards. One word. Digu.

Digu is a Maldivian-inspired card game about patience, pattern, and picking
exactly the right moment. Draw a card, throw one away, and watch a messy hand
slowly turn into something beautiful — two sets of three and one of four. The
instant it clicks, you call Digu, and the round is over before anyone else
sees it coming.

It takes a minute to learn. It takes a lot longer to stop thinking about that
Queen you threw away.

HOW IT PLAYS

Every turn you draw one card — from the face-down stock, or from the discard
pile if someone just threw away exactly what you needed — and discard one.
Your goal is to shape all ten cards in your hand into melds:

• RUNS — three or four cards of the same suit in a row
• GROUPS — three or four cards of the same rank, all different suits

Complete the full hand and declare. Get it right and the round is yours, plus
a bonus. Get it wrong and it costs you — so read the table, watch what your
opponents are collecting, and don't call it a heartbeat too early.

Nobody wins on one lucky deal. A match runs across several rounds, and dead
cards left in your hand at the end count against you. The player who keeps
their head over the whole match takes it.
